C630-1B is a metal-cutting lathe with extremely wide use. Its bed is processed after natural aging treatment and its surface, after treated with high-frequency quenching, is at least HRC52 for the hardness.
The tail stock's spindle is plated with Chromium and the bed saddle is treated with plastic affixing process.to quicken movement and reduce wear and tear of the guide rails. The slide carriage is provided with quick feed to facilitate greatly working efficiency. It is nice in appearance, easy to operate, maintain and service. It can mill outer/inner round surfaces, end faces, threads and formed surface, characterized by high rpm, strong rigidity and noise immunity. It allows forced cutting of working pieces, suitable for ough/precise processing of working pieces.
