The products are X, Y, Z three axis servo control of CNC Vertical milling machine, spindle for variable frequency motor drive. The overall layout is compact and reasonable, quality stable and reliable performance, X, Y, Z three axis linkage can be realized on the two-dimensional, three-dimensional surface of the chip processing, all kinds of plate, plate, shell, the mold of complex parts such as the completion of drilling, milling, expansion joints, and other processing in one clamping can, efficient processing, suitable for small parts manufacturing, machining of complex, high precision parts more show its superiority.
2,Main structure characteristics
1) Machine parts are made of high strength casting, Machine Tool base design of super wide, single column structure with high speed spindle provide structural support and the best cutting rigidity the best for machine tool.
2) Bed, column, slide, table and spindle box is provided with a widened reinforcement and angle support plate, the combination of surface after the manual scraping, keeps the precision and rigidity of the whole structure.
3) X, Y, Z three to feed the big screw torque, high precision, ball screw, screw thread matched by Taiwan manufacturing, precision of three grade precision, the largest fast moving up to 14m/min, three axis servo motor and screw adopt direct form, with the gapless elastic coupling, drive a seamless, small moment of inertia transmission, high stiffness, to ensure the positioning precision of the machine tool; screw support using pre-stretching structure, greatly reducing the effect of deformation on the accuracy of the machine tool long time operation of heat.
4) The spindle used in Taiwan 8000rpm high speed, high precision spindle unit, equipped with imported from Japan NSK bearing, automatic knife device. Spindle adopts center blowing structure, change the knife before the spindle taper inside and a tool shank for cleaning, removal of residues, to ensure the high precision and rigidity of spindle.
5) Using the 120W 20L/min machine cooling flow cooling pump, high pressure flushing and provide adequate cooling.
6) Machine lubrication using electric pump automatic centralized lubrication device, the screw and guide rail surface automatic intermittent lubricating timing, quantitative, stable, reliable.
7) X, Y, Z three axis guide rail screw are sealed protection, ensure the screw and guide rail cleaning, ensure that the transmission and movement precision of the machine tool, machine tool and the closed structure design, safe and reliable.
